    Update: We are currently investigating an issue where a participant in a room experiences intermittent audio, and can be heard by some people in the room but not others. This issue is affecting a small number of Evercast clients on multiple platforms (Chrome, Desktop, and iOS) and seems to be related to network congestion. We’re working to fix the problem as quickly as we can. For now, the workaround is for the affected participant(s) who cannot be heard to leave and re-join the room, after which they should be able to be heard by all other participants again. If you are still having trouble, delete your Evercast app and reinstall it, and the SSO log in should then work.     Update: A recent update to our authentication service created conflicts with existing SSO configurations, making previous callback URLs invalid for some customers. Most of this issue has now been resolved, but we are currently investigating an issue with the iOS Evercast app and SSO. We are actively working on this and expect to have a resolution shortly. In the meantime, we recommend that iOS Evercast users log in using email address and password, rather than SSO. We appreciate your patience as we continue to investigate.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this causes your business, and appreciate your patience while we continue to dig in. We have a possible solution we are currently pursuing to resolve the issues at hand. At the moment, all that can be done is wait for your room to load, which can take upwards of 5 minutes. If you experience split rooms, where multiple users are in the same room but are unable to see/hear each other, please have all users leave the room and wait at least 90 seconds before attempting to rejoin the room.
