    Update: We've identified an issue that has caused data in Fleetio Reports to be outdated by several hours. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. If you are affected by this issue, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected].     Status: Resolved
    Update: We have released Fleetio Go 4.2.1 for iOS with a resolution to this issue. Please make sure you and your team running Fleetio Go on iOS devices have updated to this latest version via the App Store. Thank you for your patience while we worked on a resolution.     Status: Identified
    Update: We've identified an issue preventing manual meter entries in Fleetio Go 4.2.0. Please note that all other sources of meter entries will still record the meter entry, such as Inspection Submissions, Fuel Entries, Work Orders, Service Entries, etc. We are working to release a hotfix to correct the manual fuel entry issue and will update this status page with more information. In the meantime, if you are affected, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected].

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: July 16, 2021, 8:24 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have resolved the issues with the WEX integration for large customers having delays in their fuel transaction processing. Fuel entries will be processed in normal timeframes going forward.
  • Time: July 15, 2021, 3:39 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently reprocessing some Comdata transactions that may cause existing fuel transactions to temporarily be removed. The fuel transactions will return once reprocessing is complete later today.
  • Time: July 8, 2021, 1:57 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have resolved the issues with the Comdata integration, so all Comdata accounts are getting their fuel transactions at normal speed now. We are continuing to work on the issues with the WEX integration.
  • Time: July 7, 2021, 5:53 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The largest Comdata and WEX fuel integrations are lagging behind in getting their fuel entries into Fleetio. Normally these fuel entries come in a couple days after they post, but we are starting to have longer delays for very large Comdata and WEX integrations. The delays are erratic - some fuel transactions will come in very soon after they post, but other fuel transactions can take a signficant amount of time to appear. This only affects the largest 10% of our Comdata customers, and the top .05% of our WEX customers. Our engineers are working on a fix to accelerate these transactions so they appear in Fleetio more rapidly, but it is expected to take some time. We will post updates here.
