Description: The intermittent issues with our screening provider, TransUnion, have been resolved. TransUnion is continuing to test and monitor on their end to ensure full restoration of services. We are currently working with Transunion on generating the reports for applications impacted during the outage. Once these reports are ready, our system will reprocess those screening requests. Description: The global outage that impacted screening through our vendor, TransUnion, has now been resolved. This issue was related to the events involving Microsoft and Crowdstrike. TransUnion has confirmed that screening through Online Leasing is now functioning normally. Screening will be re-processed on the affected transactions.
