Description: A mis-configuration caused our API to respond with error messages for most requests, this would have impacted most API endpoints and web app for the time period. We have identified the cause, and have deployed a fix. We will be making changes so in future this kind of outage does not re-occur, such as increasing the speed at which we can deploy new code which was a large factor in the delay in fixing this issue. Any documents which were successfully uploaded in the time period, but didn’t process will be re-processed for you in the next few minutes.
