    Update: A new version of the kvCORE Mobile App has been released to the App Store (2.12.1) that resolves the issue. Please update to the latest version.
  • Time: June 2, 2022, 5:46 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We identified a problem that is preventing contact data from loading on the kvCORE Mobile App for iOS when using the latest version of iOS (15.5). Our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This does not impact previous versions of iOS or any other apps in the kvCORE ecosystem. A temporary work around is to use the Switch to Web App option in the mobile app menu options to access and interact with any contact data from your mobile device.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: May 19, 2022, 7:22 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A small percent of text messages from kvCORE are being marked as "undelivered" by wireless carriers. The Inside Real Estate Team (working with Twilio) has identified and implemented a fix. The carriers have stated that the full service level will resume after a "brief period of time".

    Update: This incident has been resolved. All contact and activity data is caught up.
  • Time: April 16, 2022, 11:31 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented which addresses any new data flowing through, and we are working to catch up any further lagging data.
  • Time: April 16, 2022, 11:14 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue where some information is being delayed in populating in the kvCORE CRM, including contact activity data. We are working on a fix.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our platform experienced extremely heavy load beginning at 3:50PM MT through 4:05PM MT, causing some users to see errors when attempting to use the platform. We have handled the source of this load and the platform is back to operating normally.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We are aware of an issue, impacting a subset of users, that caused e-mail sent on the evening of 3/14 and morning of 3/15 to not be delivered. We are working to deliver this e-mail and notify impacted users. The root issue was resolved on the evening of 3/15.
