    Update: Unusually high latency on one application database caused increased load times and difficulty logging into kvCORE for some accounts starting at 11:14 AM MST. Our system began self healing immediately and fully recovered by 11:21 AM MST. Additionally, the process that triggered the increased latency has been optimized which will prevent this issue from recurring.
