Description: Between 12:57 AM UTC to 05:07 AM UTC, some customers experienced being redirected to the projects list page or the JSM chat configuration page for Jira Service Management, Jira, and Atlassian Developer. The root cause was a change to front end code to introduce new routing rules for JSM chat. These rules conflicted with rules created for Connect app configuration, and this caused request to app configuration to be routed to the incorrect page. We have deployed a fix to mitigate the issue and have verified that the services have recovered. The conditions that cause the bug have been addressed and we're actively working on a permanent fix. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
