    Update: Some organizations using the Kindful integration with Constant Contact may currently experience delays in syncing. This is related to recent updates with our hosting configuration, and we’re actively working to restore full functionality. We'll provide another update here tomorrow morning (10/29).     Update: We've resolved the issue that was preventing some Paypal/Venmo event orders from being captured. If you had any payments during this time that aren't appearing in your event's order history, please send the Paypal/Venmo transaction ID to customer support. We'll add the order manually.     Status: Resolved
    Update: At this time, CRA receipts that were unsuccessfully downloaded between Wednesday, October 2nd, and Tuesday, October 8th should be available for download. This incident is now resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. If you continue to have any issues with downloading CRA receipts, please reach out to [email protected].

    Update: We have now implemented a fix for the issues with CRA receipts not downloading properly. At this time, we are monitoring to ensure that CRA receipts can be downloaded successfully moving forward. We are also currently working on remediation for any CRA receipts that were unsuccessfully downloaded between Wednesday, October 2nd, and Tuesday, October 8th. Those receipts should be available for download shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work toward a full resolution.
