    Update: We are currently investigating a Major Outage affecting http://login.lytx.com. For some clients, this incident may lead to an Access Denied error message, affecting the ability to access your Lytx Account.     Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Oct. 16, 2024, 12:12 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Some customers may experience an error message, stating that the site cannot be reached, when navigating from the Lytx Account Admin page back to Driver Safety. This error only impacts the ability to navigate from the Admin back to the Lytx Driver Safety Dashboard and is limited in scope. Customers can work around this issue by using their browser's back button or logging out and logging back in. We're working to resolve the issue and return the site back to normal navigation functionality. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

    Update: Thank you for your patience as we worked on delays with Lytx ELD. This service has been restored, though some clients may still experience a slight lag through the next hour.
  • Time: Oct. 4, 2024, 9:23 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Lytx ELD is experiencing a delay in ELD log creation. We are actively working to remediate this issue. During this time there may be an interruption of service. Please keep a back up paper log as Lytx works on this issue. We will continue to provide updates as needed.
  • Time: Oct. 4, 2024, 8:52 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Lytx ELD is experiencing a delay in ELD log creation. We're actively investigating and working to remediate the issue. During this time impacted clients may see also see a 'Device Disconnected' message on the Lytx Driver App as the service processes the data." Please keep a back up paper log as Lytx works on this issue.
