    Update: Thank you for your patience as we worked on resolving this Fleet Tracking data issue. Any missing data from January 1st through January 3rd (approximately 10:30 AM PST) will be back filled through next week, therefore some clients may continue to observe blank data for Stopped vehicles for this date range. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Support at 1 866-910-0403 or support.lytx.com

    Update: Thank you for your continued patience as our Developers worked on a resolution to this issue. Most clients should now see an improvement in real-time fleet tracking, however we are continuing to monitoring functionality. This issue should be resolved shortly.

    Update: We are continuing to monitor for any further issues. Actively moving vehicles are now updating, however Stopped vehicles still need some time to update. We will post another update once we have more information.

    Update: An issue with live map data for Fleet Tracking has been identified. Some clients may experience an issue viewing real-time fleet tracking data within the last 24 hours. The data is available within the Fleet Tracking history option depending on the historical timeframe selected. Our teams are working to restore normal functionality as quickly as possible and do apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update: We’re currently investigating reports of Degraded Performance issues on the main Dashboard (Coaching/Tasks) for some clients. The issue appears to be intermittent and will resolve itself in a matter of minutes after logging out & back in again. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post another update as soon as we learn more.

    Update: We’re currently investigating reports of a potential service interruption while viewing Events in Driver Safety. Some clients will experience issues loading video, while others may be missing the audio button. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post another update as soon as we learn more.

    Update: We’re currently investigating a service interruption impacting login.lytx.com. Some clients will receive in an Access Denied or "Sorry, you have been blocked" error message which will impact your ability to log into your Lytx Account. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post another update as soon as we learn more.
