    Status: Resolved
    Update: buy.matterport is back up. A cache flush done as part of a software update caused the server to be overloaded.
  • Time: July 12, 2017, 5:30 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: While doing routine maintenance, we unintentionally took buy.matterport down at 10:23 Pacific. We are investigating the cause.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: We have implemented a fix, and are monitoring for any further errors.

    Update: We are investigating the issue and will update as soon as possible.

    Update: Returned to service at 11:53.

    Update: buy.matterport is still down, new estimated return 12:15.

    Update: Down 30-60 minutes starting at 10:36. We received only 6 hours notice and apologize for the inconvenience.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All systems should now be fully working again. We've started space processing again, expect some longer processing times as the queue of spaces to process is quite large after the outage.
  • Time: Feb. 28, 2017, 9:51 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Amazon S3 is now operational for read operations, and Showcase should be mostly up and running. Cloud and Workshop should also work for usage that is not editing/saving. Uploads from Capture might still fail. Model processing is halted until S3 is fully recovered.
  • Time: Feb. 28, 2017, 9:49 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Amazon S3 was down or mostly down from 9:46am to 12:38pm, causing many of our products to fail loading or saving, including Showcase, Workshop, Cloud and Model Processing.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Higher resolution panoramas has been reinstated for desktop applications. Zooming has been enabled again for all models.
  • Time: Nov. 22, 2016, 7:53 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The new higher resolution panoramas in Showcase are causing increased memory usage, resulting in increased number of iOS errors. We have rolled back the higher resolution textures and zooming for now. We are hoping to turn on zooming again soon.
  • Time: Nov. 22, 2016, 7:50 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
