  • Time: March 21, 2023, 8:33 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Incident: Some users were experiencing an 'Invalid Token' error when attempting to make requests with a valid API token following a system update. Root Cause: There was a failure to identify existing user profiles linked to MediRecords API tokens after the update. When the user failed to be identified, the token was removed.  Immediate action to be taken: MediRecords will strengthen our testing procedures prior to release. In the event that testing fails, production release will not continue.

    Update: Medicare has reported the issue resolved. They have advised claim submissions and OPV validations can be slower then expected in the coming hours.

    Update: Medicare has reported they are investigating a degradation in their services. This will affect claiming and OPV verification.
