Description: Event Summary: A number of transaction failures were observed from healthcare providers attempting to transact with the My Health Record system. Upon investigation it was found that an internal configuration required adjustment to allow traffic. Start: 22:00 AEDT 19/12/2022 End: 12:37 AEDT 20/12/2022 Impact: Some Upload, Amend, Remove transactions may have received an error between these times. If a provider has received an error, we encourage them to attempt to perform the transaction again if they do not have a re-queuing mechanism.
