    Status: Resolved
    Update: The primary underlying causes of the infrastructure slowness have been identified and resolved at this time. The issue was with our queuing infrastructure and we will be monitoring it closely for the next several days to minimize any further customer impacts. To ensure position and P&L quality, we have refreshed valuations for trades that were created or modified today.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Molecule is currently experiencing some infrastructure issues that might result in slowness of processing transactions or data within the app. The team is currently investigating the issue and will report back as soon as possible on resolution to address the issue.

    Status: Resolved

    Update: Molecule is currently experiencing some infrastructure issues that might result in slowness of processing transactions or data within the app. The team is currently investigating the issue and will report back as soon as possible on resolution to address the issue.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Some users may be experiencing a 500 Server Error when logging into the Molecule web application. This is a result of a security update from our release last night. In the event you experience this, you will need to temporarily access the Molecule web application via a different web browser (or even incognito/private window of your usual browser). This is a temporary workaround and we plan to address the underlying issue within the next hour or two. We apologize for the inconvenience. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you continue to have problems in a different browser.

    Update: The queue of jobs has completed processing with the exception of building forward-dated valuation entries which are largely irrelevant for today. Application performance has been restored back to normal and is expected to stay that way. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: The Molecule application is currently experiencing a large volume of jobs to be processed and users may notice delays in trade valuations until processing the queue of jobs has been completed. The rest of the application is functioning as expected. We will keep you posted as we have more information.
