    Update: The delay in processing has been resolved. All trades for the prior day have been valued and we are currently processing valuations for the current date.
  • Time: May 4, 2022, 6 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are continuing to experience delays in processing and are monitoring the situation closely. We expect the processing queue to be completed in approximately one hour.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Molecule is currently experiencing a delay in processing valuations and some users may see trades that are not updated with the previous day's settles. We are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

    Update: This incident has been resolved. The Magic Link login update made by Molecule has now been reverted and usage of Auth0 for authentication has resumed. Please reach out to [email protected] if any further issues need to be reported.

    Update: The Auth0 issue has been identified as a larger-scale issue experienced with AWS that resulted in an impact on authentication services. At this time, the issue should be fully resolved, but Molecule will be continuing to monitor potential authentication issues with the application. We will continue to use our Magic Link login process for the time being until we notify you otherwise.

    Update: The Auth0 issue has been identified as a larger-scale issue experienced with AWS that resulted in an impact on authentication services. At this time, the issue should be fully resolved, but Molecule will be continuing to monitor potential authentication issues with the application. We will continue to use our Magic Link login process for the time being until we notify you otherwise.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Due to our authentication provider Auth0 having issues, we have deployed our fallback Magic Link login. You should be able to continue to log in to the Molecule application, and already logged-in users should be unaffected. We will continue to monitor the situation and report back with updates.

    Update: Due to our authentication provider Auth0 having issues, we have deployed our fallback Magic Link login. You should be able to continue to log in to the Molecule application, and already logged-in users should be unaffected. We will continue to monitor the situation and report back with updates.

    Update: AWS Management Console has returned to normal operation. This incident has been resolved.

    Update: A fix has been reported for the issues experienced today with the AWS Management Console. Uploads of files to Molecule are now functioning. Molecule will continue to monitor the situation and provide additional alerts if we start seeing errors reported.

    Update: The incident related to Amazon's Management Console and API has been identified as an impairment to several network devices. Molecule is continuing to monitor for resolution. Users may still experience issues with loading files to Molecule till the AWS services are fully restored.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue with AWS Management Console that has reported increased error rates.
