    Update: A large majority of our customers are at 100% performance. We continue to restore mobile service for our smallest customers. All pending SMS messages will continue to go out to customers, none will be lost or missed.

    Update: The OptimoRoute mobile service is working with degraded performance for a portion of our accounts. Your driver data is backed up on their phones and will eventually fully sync with OptimoRoute. We will issue another update at 3:30pm PST, 20:30 Central European time.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue with the mobile service has been resolved. Thank you for your patience while we resolved the problem. Incident began at 2023-02-27T03:30Z and ended 2023-02-27T03:33Z. IMPACT DETAILS: During the downtime the drivers couldn't get new plans and plan updates and the dispatchers could not log in to the web application. Some drivers have been logged out of the mobile application.
  • Time: Feb. 27, 2023, 12:15 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have identified the issue and it has been resolved.
  • Time: Feb. 27, 2023, 11:38 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We're aware of an issue affecting some customers that are using our mobile application. Fix is being implemented.
