    Update: We are currently investigating issues logging into Paubox Hosted Mail (Webmail).

  • Time: Sept. 13, 2024, 7:19 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: This certificate issue prevented access to Paubox Hosted Mail inboxes, and Paubox’s Secure Message Center (recipients viewing messages delivered via secure link). In addition, this prevented some organizations from sending email: API customers sending via SMTP Server Solution, and Email Suite customers using Google Workspace with MTA-STS enabled / requiring signed certificates. The issue was resolved Sept 5 at 7:45pm PT.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have been informed carrier issues are resolved, all users should be able to authenticate log in successfully.
  • Time: Aug. 28, 2024, 10:16 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Provider reports US based issues are resolved - there may still be carrier specific complications. If you are still unable to authenticate your dashboard login via 2fa, please contact our support team.
  • Time: Aug. 28, 2024, 4:09 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: As of 8.27.24, some customers reported issues receiving 2fa codes needed to log into their dashboards; we confirmed our provider is experiencing intermittent outages. We'll continue to track the issue and update support tickets once service has been restored.

    Update: Mail is flowing normally and previously delayed emails should all have been delivered. Please contact support for any exceptions.

    Update: Paubox hosted mail and SMTP customers are seeing ~1-2 hour delays for outgoing mail to be delivered currently, with delay time continuing to decrease.
  • Time: March 4, 2024, 5:41 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Customers on m.paubox.com (smtp server solution, hosted webmail) are experiencing mail delays in excess of 10 minutes. While we have identified the root cause, we are still working to correct it.

    Update: We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
  • Time: March 4, 2024, 4:15 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Engineering is working to correct an issue where emails sent via SMTP Server Solution show in the logs as "no delivery status found." We will update with whether emails need to be re-queued once the solution is in place.
