    Update: Our partner, MTN, is currently experiencing an unexpected downtime on their USSD platform. This is affecting mobile money transactions. Prompts to complete and confirm transactions are delayed. If you're not receiving the MoMo prompt? Dial *170#. Select option 6 for My Wallet. Select option 3 for 'My Approvals'. Enter MoMo PIN and approve the transaction. We're currently liaising with them to fix the issues and restore the service and will provide an update as soon as possible.

    Update: We have identified an outage with NIBSS affecting Account linking services. We are actively working with the NIBSS team to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide an update as soon as the service is restored.

    Update: This issue has been resolved. All businesses should now see their payouts reflected in their balances (for Nigerian businesses) or deposited into their bank accounts (for businesses in other countries).   • Time: Sept. 13, 2024, 1:01 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the issue causing manual payout delays and are currently implementing a fix. This will ensure that payouts for businesses in Nigeria are correctly applied to their balances. For businesses outside Nigeria, our treasury team has successfully settled all pending manual payouts directly into bank accounts to minimize further delays. As a result, balances for these transactions will not be updated today but will reflect tomorrow once the fix is fully implemented. Starting tomorrow, payouts across all markets will be processed and reflected in balances as usual. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
