    Update: AWS has updated that between October 30 22:50 PM UTC and October 31 08:51 AM UTC they experienced degraded performance for a small number of EBS volumes in a single Availability Zone (usw2-az2) in the US-WEST-2 Region. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally. Pepperi is back online. Customers may experience lag for a short while due to increased incoming traffic after the downtime.

    Update: We have identified a slow down with the intake of files (CSV) uploaded from ERPs to Pepperi FTP. The process in charge of this is back up at full speed, however currently working hard to service all files coming up. A queue has been generated and will take a few hours to release. The immediate result is that data uploaded from ERPs in CSV format (as opposed to Dataflows) will take longer to load up (up to 20 minutes delay) Status page will update when returning back to normal.
