    Status: Identified
    Update: A PMC issue that is affecting the cart page has been identified. The issue is resulting in items being removed upon entering the cart page, preventing the user from completing the order. The team has determined the issue and are working on the resolution. Not all stores or products are affected.

    Update: We are seeing that E-gifts are now being redeemed successfully. We will be re-submitting the orders that failed. Once re-runs are successful we will resolve this outage.

    Update: We are receiving insufficient funds errors placing orders. This started on Thursday 12/17 around 3pm . We have contacted Blackhawk and have made arrangements for funds to be deposited. It is possible that the funds will not arrive until Monday 12/20. Once the problem has been fixed, further communication will be sent out so that PFL can assist our customers with identifying impacted orders/redemption requests.

    Update: We received word from Blackhawk that this issue is now resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 16, 2021, 3:25 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are receiving insufficient funds errors placing orders against catalog 95002421. This started on Tuesday, 9/14, we have verified that the account associated with that catalog has sufficient funds to cover the costs of the cards. We have opened two different support cases with Blackhawk to get their assistance in resolving the issue. Once the problem has been fixed, further communication will be sent out so that PFL can assist our customers with identifying impacted orders/redemption requests.
