    Update: The issue has been successfully resolved, and we can now retrieve identity, engagement, and all other data for all TikTok creators who connect their accounts from this moment onward. However, for TikTok creators who are already connected and whose sessions have not expired, you will need to disconnect their account and have them reauthorize in order to see the identity data fetch occur. Nonetheless, we are still able to process all other data fetch requests for previously connected users, except for the identity data.

    Update: TikTok has introduced a change where they have change the permission set completely. Tiktok has invalidated one of the permission related to identity data fetch which is not backward compatible. For now we have taken required steps at our end to be able to process connection requests, however this change effects the identity fetch for now. Engagement data should be fetched without any issues. We should be getting approvals of these new permissions momentarily. Unfortunately every Tiktok creator will have reauthorise for us to fetch all of the data as usual.
