Description: We monitored the status of reports all weekend and it has successfully caught up with the backlog from Oct 1 - Present. Description: Reporting update complete! During the outage on 8/27, all activity was properly recorded in production, but failed to migrate to our reporting database. We tried several approaches to migrate it and were successful today. If you have run reports or taken action related to activity on 8/27/2021 or early morning 8/28/2021 we strongly recommend you rerun those reports to validate your data. We apologize for the inconvenience, especially at the end of the month when many reports are widely used. We have learned from this and will plan future database maintenance earlier in the month going forward. If you are still having trouble with any reports, please let our team know by emailing [email protected].
