    Update: We identified the component that was not working correctly and we performed a rollback of that component

    Update: We identified the root cause and implemented a fix. We are currently monitoring the effects and observing a full recovery.

    Update: We are investigating an issue that is causing setup failures with code environments, students are receiving 503 errors while opening the code environment link. The issue is affecting every Hands-on lab that uses code environments available in the Content Library.

    Update: We are continuing to investigate this issue.

    Update: The failures have been identified and isolated in the Azure West US region. Despite the fact that the issue persistent on Azure end, the Cloud Academy team managed to exclude the affected region. Azure Hands-on Labs are now fully operational and the team is closely monitoring the recovery.

    Update: We are observing performances degradation in Microsoft Azure that is affecting Azure Hands-on Labs setup. Students may experience longer setups or failures while performing Azure labs. AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Alibaba Hands-on labs are fully operational.

    Update: This incident has been resolved. As we identified the incident was related to an outage of a major provider.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Status: Identified
    Update: This is an update from AWS: We are seeing impact to multiple AWS APIs in the US-EAST-1 Region. This issue is also affecting some of our monitoring and incident response tooling, which is delaying our ability to provide updates. We have identified root cause of the issue causing service API and console issues in the US-EAST-1 Region, and are starting to see some signs of recovery. We do not have an ETA for full recovery at this time.

    Update: We are observing an increase of failures that affect Hands-on Labs for Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS is experiencing failures on multiple services including AWS Management Console, EC2, and DynamoDB. More info: https://status.aws.amazon.com/ We are closely monitoring the situation.
