    Update: We are aware, a subset of QBO customers are experiencing an issue where "all figures show as 0 despite transactions being present in the VAT period". We’ve identified the source of the problem and are working to fix it. We’ll share updates on our progress. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get everything up and running soon!

    Update: Some QuickBooks Core Payroll customers are experiencing errors when making a Full Payment Submission (FPS) in product . Payroll engineering team are currently investigating into the root cause of the issue. All other functionality in Core Payroll is working as expected.     Update: We are pleased to share that a fix has been deployed and you should now be able to lodge BAS electronically to ATO from within QuickBooks. Thank you for your patience as we worked to address this.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware that some customers are not able to Elodge BAS with the ATO from with in QuickBooks, and are working with engineering team with high urgency to restore this functionality as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience that this is causing.
