Description: This incident has been resolved. the underlying issue was a connectivity problem with our EUW API Which many of our services depend upon. An investigation is being carried out on the connectivity issue with steps to stop this from happening again.

Description: There was an issue with our Reserve with Google service which was resulting in latency with our Booking Widget in the Australian region. We have provisioned more resources for the Booking Widget in Australia to mitigate this and resolved the issue within the Reserve with Google service which is now reenabled.
