    Update: We've been informed by DHL of the following disruption on their Returns API: > actually there are restrictions on the function Return. The restriction affects the label request for the following countries: > > FR > > Due to the technical restrictions, labels for the listed return countries cannot be created. > This applies to the order channels webservice (API Returns) and websites.

    Update: We've been notified by UPS that they've resetted all passwords, which do not follow their requirements for a safe password. Please update your passwords at UPS and within your UPS configuration at shipcloud if you encounter the "UserId is currently locked out" error.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We've been notified, that yesterday's error (https://status.shipcloud.io/incidents/f7nn2k8wgksz) still persists for some customers. Unfortunately, we still haven't heard back from UPS.
