    Update: We are currently receiving several reports of customers running into the error > Error in Shipment Data: Der angegebene Service ist nicht bekannt when creating DHL shipments. We suspect this error occurs when booking GoGreen with your shipment. We are in contact with the DHL regarding this problem and they are working on a solution. As a workaround you could book your shipments without this additional service. This means also disabling the service in your DHL configuration under https://app.shipcloud.io/de/configurations

The restriction affects the label request for the following countries: > AT, BE, CH, CZ, EE, ES, FI, FR, GB, HU, HR, IE, IT, LT, LV, MT, NL, SK, SI > Due to the technical restrictions, labels for the listed return countries cannot be created.
