    Update: Please find below the detailed information on the impact and resolution of this incident: Start Date: 2024-11-18 12:30:18
 Resolution Date: 2024-11-18 15:30:05 Root Cause: We encountered a critical issue on our database that required performing a blocking rebuild operation. As a result, we were temporarily unable to process new data during the incident window. Impact Duration: ~3 hours Impacts Observed: During the incident, the following functionalities were unavailable: * Creation and updates of orders (order-in/order-out) * Reception and creation of order events (e.g., charter, pairing, delivery, etc.). * Manual status updates on the web. * General order lifecycle management, including geofencing. * Status updates within the mobile application. Recovery Actions: * All orders-in/out are automatically replayed * We did a partial rebuild to go fast, we still have to finish the complete rebuild to make accessible orders from September and before. * We're currently examining a solution for replaying the events-in (60K orders-events-in, 23k tour-events-in) (update to come)

This issue began on October 29, 2024, at approximately 02:00 AM, and is due to an unexpected problem that occurred following a recent update performed by our third-party data provider. Our team is actively working with the provider to resolve this issue and restore normal data flow as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
