    Update: We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the Shipwire Statuspage that we use in order to inform customers of outages or upcoming maintenance. On August 1, 2024, we will be migrating from Statuspage.io (https://status.shipwire.com/) to our new Staytus page. Once the migration has finished, we will be sending out a welcome message from the new Status page. There will be no downtime or service interruption of the Shipwire platform as a result of this migration. The URL; https://status.shipwire.com/, will remain the same as well. To ensure you continue to receive important alerts, please check your email filters and make sure they do not prevent emails from Status page from reaching your inbox.     Update: Dear Valued Customer, Please be advised that USPS and FedEx have generally resumed normal operations subsequent to the adverse impacts created by hurricane Beryl earlier this month. With a few exceptions due to rerouting drivers through some detours in certain areas, parcels are being transported with minimal disruption. Thank you for your patience and understanding as carriers recover from the effects of the hurricane.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Dear valued customer, We've been informed that USPS expects their Houston operations to be fully operational as of midnight, July 12. FedEx updates are pending and we will update this incident as soon as we receive additional information. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding as teams continue to recover from hurricane Beryl.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Dear Valued Customer, Please be advised of potential carrier service interruptions and/or delays related to the impacts of Hurricane Beryl. - USPS: North Houston Processing & Distribution Center operations are suspended through 7/11. This will impact shipping within the 770-778 zip code prefixes. - FedEx Express: delays possible throughout the U.S. Carriers are working diligently to restore services to full capacity as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
