    Update: Regarding exports: The data of incremental exports in error will be present in tomorrow's expert. Therefore, you do not need to relaunch your export extraction today. If you really need the data of today's exports, the file transfer can be relaunched via the report of the export ('View report' button in the 'Finished' tab of the 'Manage exports' tab) or by contacting Actito support. Regarding ETL synchronizations: As dropping the files on the FTP server was not possible, automatically relaunching ETLs would not work unless the files were dropped following the resolution of the issue. If you have relaunched the file dropping process, we invite you to contact Actito support to work out the relaunch of your ETLs. alaternatively, the data can be included in the next execution of your synchronization.

    Status: Identified
    Update: The connection to the ftp02.actito.be has been restored. Dropping files on the FTPS server for ETL synchronizations is therefore possible again. All future export executions will run correctly.
  • Time: Jan. 4, 2023, 8:16 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently encountering an issue with the connection to Actito's FTPS server. Synchronizations relying on ftp02.actito.be (such as ETLs, exports and Targeting file references) are consequently encountering errors. Our IT teams are urgently working on solving the issue.
