    Update: CPU and Memory statistics on the search cluster have normalized. No errors have been reported in the last several hours.
  • Time: March 21, 2019, 9:26 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Production solr hosts have been scaled up. Memory and CPU usage are all looking within bounds. We will continue to monitor and take corrective actions as necessary.

    Update: We are having search outages again and are working on resolving them.
  • Time: March 21, 2019, 7:07 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Memory and compute power has been increased on our master search node. We have identified memory and compute power improvements to be made to the search cluster. We are making the appropriate changes to our staging environment to test now. Search disruptions have been significantly reduced in the meantime. We will continue to monitor this while we work on increasing the power of the other machines in the cluster.
