  • Time: Nov. 21, 2022, 5:51 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The final replication task has completed and all Tableau database tables are within normal latency. Any extracts based on the final table (shift revisions) will be manually updated now. Other extracts were updated earlier in the day as their data finished loading into the Tableau database.
  • Time: Nov. 21, 2022, 11:53 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A reload of portions of the Tableau database is ongoing and are progressing well. The remaining data to be loaded relate to Shifts and Inventory Counts. Any extracts not using these datasources are being refreshed now and Shift and Inventory Count extracts will be refreshed upon completion.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: A larger than usual latency has been detected between the tableau reporting database and the source database. This may cause stale data to appear in some tableau reports. Our engineers are investigating what may have caused this and options to reduce the latency as quickly as possible. Where possible manual intervention may be used to update reports directly from the source database.
