    Status: Resolved
    Update: On 10/06/2022, Teem customers using O365 & Google Calendars experienced disruption with Calendars not Syncing. Our engineering team has implemented a fix. You may experience a delay in resolution due to event jobs that continue to process due to the disruption. We will continue to monitor the resolution till the events have been cleared.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: After monitoring systems, the errors have cleared themselves out after the sync on the exchange adapters have caught up. All issues have been resolved.
  • Time: June 27, 2022, 10:50 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The issue has been partially resolved. Customers may continue experiencing issues with Exchange Sync. The errors that still remain should clear out automatically. However, the immediate fix for that would be to complete a force sync to calendars and the errors will clear out. If customers continue to experience this issue, please contact customer support.
