    Status: Identified
    Update: We've identified part of an application that is making unauthenticated API calls to proxy requests to AWS S3. We believe high download volume caused AWS to identify this source of unauthenticated calls as abusive and throttle it. We're pursuing fixes on two fronts: 1) We've opened an AWS support ticket to temporarily suspend the throttling 2) We've began researching code changes to the application to have it use authenticated API calls to S3.
