Description: The system was unavailable because of an internal process that got stuck in an unexpected place. Unfortunately, our monitoring systems did not catch this particular issue during the night - it only became apparent once typical activity levels for a weekend set in. We will, of course, look into how to stop this from happening again, and improve our monitoring to alert us sooner.
