    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our team has updated the set up documentation to address this change. Under "General Settings," you must uncheck the following box that says Require Demonstrating Proof of Possession (DPoP) header in token requests. Vanta does not currently provide Proof of Possession, so leaving this box checked will prevent you from being able to complete the integration.

    Update: This issue appears to be related to a recent update from Okta adding Demonstrating Proof of Possession (DPop) to new applications by default. We do not meet this burden currently. Unchecking this requirement in the configuration of the application allows us to successfully go through the integration flow

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have identified an issue causing new Okta integrations to fail during the initial setup. Our team is looking into this now and will provide updates when available. Those with existing Okta integrations connected should not be impacted

    Update: The issue with delayed emails has been resolved and should now be delivered again. Previously requested emails should also be delivered from the queue.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue in which Magic Login Links & other emails are delayed or do not make it to the users inbox. It is currently recommended to log in with SSO if available.

    Update: After updating our login process, we've noticed more users successfully logging in through login links, effectively resolving the previous issue. Should you continue to encounter any problems with email login, please contact our Support team at [email protected].

    Update: We've released an update to our login flow that prevents email scanning tools from consuming our login links. We're actively monitoring this situation. If you continue to see any issues logging in with email, please contact our Support team at [email protected].

    Status: Identified
    Update: We've detected an increase in expired magic links, which appear to be caused by email security scanners. These scanners, integrated into email servers, preemptively access message links to check for malicious content. Our magic links are designed for one-time access and are consumed by these scanners before the intended recipient can use them. We're currently working on adjusting this behavior. In the meantime, we recommend discussing this issue with your IT team or opting for Single Sign-On (SSO) as an alternative.     Update: This issue should now be resolved. Test history has also been corrected and invalidated for the duration of this incident.

    Update: The team has deployed a fix to resolve tests incorrectly showing "Needs attention" for the following tests: - Company has Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with vendors processing customer data - Company has CCPA Service Provider Contracts with vendors processing customer data - Company has Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with vendors processing ePHI We're continuing to monitor to ensure this situation is resolved.
