Description: One of our storage controllers experienced an issue this evening which lasted approximately 10 minutes. We are investigating this with our vendor.

Description: We experienced a re-occurrence of the network issue which was previously resolved at around midnight last night until full stabilisation at approx 5.30am. During this period some traffic was affected for some customers. We have fed this information back to the networking vendor and are planning to replace two devices as soon as is safe to do so. Until then, the affected systems are in maintenance mode and will not be used to pass customer traffic. We will issue a maintenance notification when the vendor has finished planning the work.

Description: Dear customer Our engineers observed some interruption to network connectivity at 18:29 affecting some customers. The issue was traced to a switch and measures were put in place to mitigate the issue at 18:49. We will continue monitoring and will be working with the vendor to formulate an action plan. If you are still experiencing please contact your account manager.
