Description: On 15 August 2023 at 13:37 UTC, we experienced an ISP related incident in our AP-SOUTHEAST-2 data center that may have impacted a subset of customers. Our Operations Team worked with the ISP until a root cause was determined, and restored internet communications shortly thereafter. Due to the time needed to investigate with the ISP, the vault was impacted for an extended period of time. By 19:35 UTC on 15 August 2023, internet traffic through the ISP was restored to an operational state.

Description: On 13 June 2023, we experienced a power event in our US-WEST-1 data center where multiple server racks were affected. The loss of these racks severely impacted the ability for the vault to receive and process customer requests. Our on-site Operations Team restored each component in a systematic fashion to ensure full, reliable connectivity to each component of the rack. Due to the sensitivity of the order of restoration, the vault was impacted for an extended period of time. At 18:04 UTC on 13 June 2023, all API calls were restored to an operational state.

Description: On 16 March 2023 between 06:50 to 07:05 UTC, console and S3 connections were impacted because of an internal connectivity issue. This resulted in some customers receiving errors when attempting to access the system via a variety of methods. Resolution The system connectivity was restored and service returned to normal levels by 07:05 UTC Remediation Items We are working to isolate the initial trigger for the event and have implemented further monitors to ensure that the service impact is mitigated in the future.
