    Update: The LeadConduit integration for Blacklist Alliance has been updated and is working correctly again.
  • Time: March 1, 2022, 6:06 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have learned that the service URL has been changed by the provider, and are in the process of updating the LeadConduit integration accordingly.

    Status: Identified
    Update: The third-party service that provides the Blacklist Alliance Litigation Firewall integration is returning errors due to an expired security certificate. ActiveProspect is trying to contact the provider, but until they correct this issue, this service will be unavailable from LeadConduit.

  • Time: Jan. 25, 2022, 8:27 p.m.
    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Yesterday \(Jan 24, 2022\) between 2am and 3am CT, Amazon deployed changes to their firewall rules to improve the security against SQL injection attacks. Once identified, the TrustedForm team implemented changes to address the issue, restoring full services at 9:55am CT. Amazon's added restrictions were overly aggressive, resulting in false positives for regular TrustedForm traffic.  The restrictions identified the SQL keywords "AND" in "Android" and "SELECT" in "selector" as an attack and blocked the traffic. Amazon's changes resulted in the TrustedForm script not being able to capture data for Android devices using the Chrome web browser during this period of time. During these 7-8 hours, we were unable to collect certificate data from Android devices running the Chrome browser. We have not seen evidence to indicate other devices or browsers were likewise affected. Because we were unable to collect certificate data during this period, affected leads will not be claimable. To mitigate incidents like this from happening in the future we are adding monitors to alert us of anomalous changes in our firewall traffic.     Status: Resolved
    Update: We have implemented a fix and as of 12:53pm CST and TrustedForm for Facebook claiming has returned to normal. Facebook Lead Ads delivery to LeadConduit was not impacted. TrustedForm for Facebook claims made between 11:15am CST and 12:53pm CST using LeadConduit will be automatically resubmitted. TrustedForm for Facebook claims that did not use LeadConduit and received an error response should now succeed. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patience.
  • Time: Jan. 14, 2022, 6:48 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an increase in errors with TrustedForm for Facebook claiming. This does not impact claiming for non-TrustedFrom for Facebook certificates. We will update as we work to resolve the issue.
