Description: We detected an outage in our Bot Messaging Service API that directly affected our Live platform and the Analytics section in MyAivo. The incident affected Live from 3:35 pm until 4:45 pm, while the incident affected our Analytics section from 3:48 pm until 3:53 pm, Thursday, August 25, 2022 (GMT-3). Services are currently up and running. We will continue to monitor.
