This is preventing AnyRoad from pursuing a further resolution for guest checkout and dashboard performance. We have submitted a request to our platform server to solve this as soon as possible, so that we may resume resolving degraded performance in checkout and the AnyRoad dashboard that began earlier today.

    Status: Identified
    Update: An issue has been identified with the Magtek credit/debit card swipers that are used for in-person payments. Payments can still be processed by manually entering the credit/debit card details on the Front Desk iPad or AnyRoad Dashboard. All online payments are fully functional in Guest Checkout. All payments processed through the Verifone terminal are fully functional.
