    Update: We recently resolved an issue with the guest booking page that may have prevented guests from being able to book. Our technical team has deployed a fix and all systems are working normally. If you continue to experience challenges with this, please contact us at [email protected]

    Update: We recently deployed a fix that will correct the previous booking process error that some guests may have been receiving. We are monitoring this improvement. If you experience any challenges with Guest Checkout or any other functionality, please contact us at [email protected].

    Update: We have identified a minor browser-related issue and our technical team is actively working on a solution shortly. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

    Update: We are investigating an issue with the guest booking page that may be affecting guests not being able to book, partners not being able to log in, the plugin not loading, and an error message with some guest's QR codes. We will update this page once we have further information.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All emails are being delivered successfully since Mandrill resolved their connectivity issue. If an email was delayed due to poor Mandrill connectivity, Mandrill will try to re-send it now. AnyRoad will continue to monitor and ensure that all emails are delivered on time.

    Update: Mandrill has resolved the issue, and we are monitoring to ensure that all delayed emails are now being delivered successfully. Some guests may receive multiple copies of the same email.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Our email vendor (Mandrill) is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. This may impact some guest emails and cause delays in our system's delivery of confirmation, reminder, or post-experience emails. We are monitoring Mandrill's status via https://status.mailchimp.com/ We are also investigating the situation and attempting to initiate other email solutions. We will post updates here. Please contact [email protected] or your Account Manager if you receive reports of delayed guest emails that are time-sensitive.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The performance degradation has been resolved! We experienced a sudden increase in traffic and discovered and fixed a small problem in our caching configuration to resolve slow loading times and timeouts.

    Update: A fix has been implemented. We addressed a caching issue and are monitoring results.

    Update: Gmail's service disruption is resolved and guests are receiving confirmation and reminder emails in their inboxes!

    Update: Gmail has implemented a fix, and we are monitoring the results.

    Update: Please note that all AnyRoad systems are fully operational. Google's Gmail is experiencing a service disruption. Gmail's affected users are able to access Gmail but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. This might mean that a Gmail user does not immediately receive their confirmation or reminder email about an upcoming experience that they booked via AnyRoad. Once Gmail resolves this service disruption, all AnyRoad confirmation and reminder emails will be delivered. Please refer directly to Gmail's Status Page (https://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en&v=issue&sid=1&iid=a8b67908fadee664c68c240ff9f529ab) for updates directly from Google.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've resolved the issue and will continue to monitor performance as the Front Desk app continues to run check-ins, experiences, and transactions.
  • Time: Oct. 16, 2020, 11:43 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have implemented a fix that results in improved performance on Front Desk calendar and experience list. The fix specifically required us to deploy code that would improve the speed of database queries that prevented the queries from timing out and struggling to display the data on the calendar or experience list. We will continue to monitor to ensure ongoing improvements.

    Update: We are currently testing a fix on our internal staging site.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We've identified the root issue causing bookings and experiences not to appear correctly on the Front Desk iOS app: There is a large dataset being requested to display upcoming bookings, which is causing the bookings and experiences to display incorrectly on the app. All data stored in the AnyRoad system is correct, and all guest bookings are still functional and intact. However, this display issue is causing confusion for users of the Front Desk iPads. We don't have an eta on timing for a fix yet, but we are actively developing a fix and will update again in the next <30 minutes.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting 2 API endpoints on Front Desk iPads. This issue may cause the experience list or bookings calendar on the iPad to appear incorrectly on Front Desk. This issue appears to be impacting Front Desk users only, and is not visible to guests or customers.
