    Update: We have received communication from Concur that there was a problem with the way the cache was communicating in the new hosting environment and a fix was performed on Wednesday (November 4th) to correct the intermittent API issues. After further monitoring, performance improvements have been confirmed.

    Update: Hello All, We have monitored the logs for last few days and we can see that the intermittent concur API issue has been resolved.
