    Status: Resolved
    Update: We identified performance degradation in the latest release. Our team was able to find the root cause and is planning to fix it soon. To restore the service, we had to rollback the upgrade, post which we could see no issues with AppZen. We will provide new schedule for Expense Audit Release as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Update: As per update from concur, issue has been resolved and we do not see any latest issue related to image ingestion into AppZen.

    Update: We are monitoring the progress and ingestion of receipt images into AppZen from Concur seems working fine now.

    Update: There was a minor outage with Concur with regards to ingestion of receipt images into AppZen. Concur have confirmed that this was a 2 hour outage between 04:00 am and 06:00 am which has been resolved. Reports that were submitted during that time might have experienced this issue and we recommend resubmitting the report into AppZen as this should allow for successful ingestion of the images.

    Update: The issue with Concur API has been resolved. The Concur Gateway team has lengthened the timeout.

We have opened a case with Concur to investigate further. We have a proposed solution in place currently and are monitoring it until further information is received in the investigation.
