    Update: We are still working on the root cause of the smart cache not initiating background refreshes as expected - but the secondary issue of the slow jobs queues has been addressed: jobs are now going through as normal. Please use the manual refresh option sparingly until this incident is resolved. We will keep you updated.

    Update: There is an issue with our smart cache, where background refreshes are not being initiated on schedule. There is a second related issue, where manual refreshes are taking longer to complete than normal. We recommend that you hold off on manual refreshes if possible; or at least avoid large scale batch refreshes. We have added additional resources to the jobs queue to handle increased manual refreshes, while we work on the smart cache issue. Note that this issue only affects refreshing of existing connections: new connections are going through as normal.
