    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: We are starting to see successful traffic again and are monitoring closely with our partners at Docutech.

    Update: We have engaged Docutech who are now aware of the issue and are opening an investigation on their end. At this time all Disclosures, Hybrid, and RON closings that are utilizing Docutech are affected; traditional paper closings are unaffected.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: April 16, 2024, 9:01 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: At approximately 1 PM Pacific Time, a 30-minute outage prevented the Blend functionality from loading. Functionality has been restored and we are continuing to monitor the situation.

  • Time: March 11, 2024, 10:48 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: All Blend eClose Lenders are encouraged to update to KM plugin version 23.6.10. This hotfix was to address a critical bug that was found in a prior version affecting the closing schedule being calculated incorrectly. Any affected closings already issued are being fixed by Blend and require no further action from lenders. To avoid any additional issues we have temporarily removed download links to any affected KM versions, attempting to upgrade to those versions will fail.
  • Time: March 11, 2024, 7:20 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: All Blend eClose Lenders currently using any KM plugin version above 23.6.8 are advised that a critical bug was found when using the feature to specify closing start time and that they should NOT use this feature on any closings going forward. A new KM version with a fix is being worked on now and will be available as soon as possible, in the meantime any potentially affected lenders may choose to rollback to version 23.6.8 to avoid exposure to this issue. Any affected closings already issued are being fixed by Blend and require no further action from lenders. To avoid any additional issues we have temporarily removed download links to any affected KM versions, attempting to upgrade to those versions will fail.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Blend has been informed that AT&T clients in certain regions of the United States are experiencing difficulties receiving text messages, which may impact their ability to log into Blend using multi-factor authentication (MFA). Enabling Wi-Fi calling may allow customers to receive MFA text messages during this outage. Blend will continue to monitor updates from AT&T and will update the status page accordingly. Additional details are also available in AT&T's outage website (https://www.att.com/outages/).

Blend will; continue monitor for updates and will continue to update the status page to reflect any potential update as soon as it becomes available.
