    Status: Resolved
    Update: We just got word that ICE (Encompass) restored it's services. FEB 17, 2023 Services have now been restored for all affected Product areas. For the loans in flight during this incident, if you are still experiencing errors, please submit a case to Technical Support via the Resource Center that includes the Loan GUID for the affected loan file.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: All Loan Applications are now succeeding and we have not seen any errors in the last hour. We will begin to work on retrying any failed loan exports.

    Update: Blend has been informed of an outage impacting our partner ICE Mortgage services (Encompass). This is currently only affecting some loan exports and those exports will be retried once the outage is over. ICE Messaging "ICE-MT is currently investigating an infrastructure issue that may impact functionality and/or performance for the following Product areas: Encompass, Encompass Partner Connect, Encompass Investor Connect, Document Management, Consumer Connect and Partner Services.     Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Feb. 1, 2023, 5:48 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The loan export failure incident has been resolved as of 9:20am PST, but the Blend engineering team is actively monitoring this issue to ensure complete resolution. The root cause of loan export failures was due to excessive database usage on the Connectivity service from a cron job supporting Blend Freddie Mac generated asset statement integration. The job has been temporarily suspended, and all exports are succeeding since making this update. For loan exports that failed during the outage period, retries are actively underway and will be processed today to ensure the exported loan data makes it to the LOS. The Blend team will be providing more detailed communications and impacted loan reporting later in the day.
  • Time: Feb. 1, 2023, 4:37 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Currently all mortgage loan exports to push loan application data from Blend to the LOS are failing. The root cause for this incident is under active investigation. The incident began at 7:50am PST, where around 10% of MISMO generation request began failing, causing a request backlog in Blend’s export service and blocking loans from exporting successfully. The root cause seems related to excess load on the Connectivity Database causing calls to Connectivity service to fail. We will post additional status updates as soon as more information is available. For loans that are currently failing to export, export retries will be performed as soon as the root cause is mitigated.

    Update: We have identified and remedied an issue for specific Encompass LOS customers that have recently opted-in to a new version of the SSA-89 form generated by EllieDocs.

    Update: We are aware of a small number of loans whose eSign task was not released, though it should have been. We are actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as we learn more.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Nov. 2, 2022, 6:46 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Our Lending platform was temporarily down from 10:30 AM PT - 10:50AM PT. All systems are now performing without issue. During this time, disclosure packages may have failed to be issued but can now be reissued successfully by lenders. We will continue to monitor and provide updates if any changes occur.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our Lending platform was temporarily down from 10:30 AM PT - 10:50AM PT on 11/2/2022. During this time, lenders and borrowers may not have been able to access the Blend platform and certain tasks may have had issues firing. All performance systems have resolved and there should no longer be any impact to borrowers or lender users.
