Description: The issue was related to a processing clock created and not cleared when data remapping fails under certain cases. The issue has been resolved and deployed into production. We have additionally made further improvements to our BI Refresh monitoring process

Description: An issue occurred with the BI dataset refresh which resulted in the BI refresh process failing without triggering the alarms set. A new BI refresh was triggered and completed for all clients at 2022-07-18 23:08:33.333 UTC. It is necessary to regenerate any BI datasets that were created before 2022-07-18 23:08:33.333 UTC. Root cause investigation is in progress, and this page will be updated with the details once the same is concluded
