    Update: BluIP is currently investigating reports of device registration & download of configuration files issues. Please proceed to reboot your devices before contacting BluIP support, should a device not come up after issuing a device reboot please contact BluIP support at [email protected] for further investigation.

    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our underlying carriers, which is causing intermittent disruptions to inbound dialing with some customers. Our team is actively working with the carrier to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as we receive more information and progress towards a resolution.

    Update: Locations: All Regions Vendor's Engineering team is currently investigating an issue impacting push notifications for Webex for BroadWorks users. Affected users may encounter missed calls due to push notification failures. Vendor is currently working to restore the service and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Update: BluIP has received some reports of login and ACD status updates with the AIVA Connect Platform. We have identified the issue and are working with our technology partners to resolve. The issue has been identified and are attributed to delays with Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure. We are currently working with Microsoft and monitoring progress. We will update you as more information becomes available; thank you for your patience in this matter. Note: This service interruption looks to be intermittent and is not affecting all users. If you are having issues, please refresh your browser page affected.
