    Update: BluIP has received some reports of voice issues with the AIVA Connect Platform. Note: This service interruption looks to be intermittent and is not affecting all users. We have identified the issue and are working with our technology partners to resolve. We will update you as more information becomes available; thank you for your patience in this matter.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Issue has been resolved by the ULC and BluIP will continue to monitor through the holiday weekend. An official RCA will be released once we have more information from the ULC.   • Time: Sept. 2, 2023, 6:03 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: BluIP has received some reports of inbound DID service interruption. We have identified an issue with a a Tier 1 ULC (Underlying Carrier) and we are investigating further. Thank you for your patience in this matter and we will update you as more information becomes available.

    Update: UPDATE: BluIP has identified the issue and working with Microsoft Azure to resolve. This trouble is directly related a major outage from Microsoft Azure that is encompassing cloud infrastructure located in the western United States.     Update: BluIP is currently investigating reports of intermittent service issues with the AIVA Connect Console. We will update with more information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
